I live with the love of my life, Vickie, our spoiled dog, Molly Brown, and our three rotten cats, Jake Ryan, Samantha Baker and Idgie Threadgoode.

Vickie and I became vegetarians at the beginning of 2013. We have since launched Vegetarian Zen (www.vegetarianzen.com), a website and podcast geared toward creating an informative, laid-back and nonjudgmental space for vegetarians, vegans and the veg-curious. We promote living a healthy lifestyle, protecting and conserving our environment, and living in harmony with our animal friends.

I am an artist and I love to create. I love to upcycle/repurpose ordinary items into art.

I am very blessed to have a great and satisfying life, full of my true love, great friends and wonderful family.
