Welcome to the BLUF Network and Timeline of Success Series where we interview today's most inspiring and motivational inventors, leaders, entrepreneurs, sales and marketing professions.

Bill Bio and Past:

Bill Conrad graduate of the Human Terrain System (HTS) at Fort Leavenworth, KS. His most recent duty assignments were in Afghanistan serving as a Civil Military Operations Officer, S9, with the 1st MEB and 173rd ABCT.

His military qualifications and schools are: Infantry Officer Basic Course, Infantry Mortar Platoon Leaders Course, Airborne School, Ranger School, Special Forces Officer Qualification Course, Air Assault School, Army Flight School, Aviation Officer Advanced Course and SERE High Risk. He is a graduate of the USMA with a BS in engineering and a minor in political science. Past military service: Regular Army, Air Nation Guard, Air Force Reserve and Army Reserve (Civil Affairs).

Past civilian employment: Vice-Mayor, City of Modesto, California and RMLO (Responsible Managing Licensed Officer) for First Team Construction and Conrad Pacific; licensed general contractor and real estate broker.
